1. The private security agent played by Keith David suggests that Don (Rob Morrow) might be transferred to Fairbanks, Alaska, and Don replies that he has never been there. Morrow first became famous starring in the show "Northern Exposure," playing a doctor who is grudgingly obliged to work in Alaska.

1. Richard Edson plays an inmate working in a parking garage. In Ferris Bueller's day off he also played a character who worked in a parking garage. Alan Ruck starred in that film and this episode.
2. The shoes that Nikki is holding at the end of the episode are Final Edition 2K Primers from the 14th episode of season 5: "Sneakerhead."
