My Own Worst Enemy

S07E01 Episode aired 25 October 2007
  1. After JD's daydream about winning the "Who-Caresie" award, the line of his internal monologue is "Suck on that, Tony Shalhoub." Shalhoub won a Primetime Emmy in 2005 for which Zach Braff was also a nominee.
  2. It is revealed in this episode that Dr. Beardfacè's first name is Seymour.
  3. This was the first episode co-produced by ABC Studios.

My Hard Labor

S07E02 Episode aired 1 November 2007
  1. First appearance of Nurse Shirley played by Aloma Wright, who previously played Nurse Laverne Roberts when she enters the delivery room JD comments "Man she looks familiar". Laverne was killed off as the writers thought the show was going to be cancelled at the end of season six. When the show got picked up for more seasons they created a new character for Wright to play and the character they chose was Laverne's twin sister Shirley.

My Inconvenient Truth

  1. Sixth appearance of Dan Dorian.
  2. Ted mentions that when the hemp oil seeps into the bloodstream, it is "AWESOMER". In reality, hemp oil does have various health benefits, including increasing hair growth.

My Identity Crisis

S07E04 Episode aired 15 November 2007
  1. This episode is the return of Aloma Wright ( Nurse Laverne), but as Nurse Shirley. They killed off Laverne because they thought it was the final season and felt it would be an interesting arc. Then when it was learned there would be another season, they felt obliged to bring her back because she's a part of the Scrubs family.

My Growing Pains

S07E05 Episode aired 29 November 2007
  1. It is revealed by Elliot and Janitor that Robert "Bob" Kelso is born in 1942.
  2. When Perry, Jordan and Jack are video chatting and Perry comments that people are starting to understand a third of what Jack is saying and Jack speaks toddler gibberish with the subtitles "I like lightning???", he says "I like Lightning McQueen bicycle stuffed pizza"

My Number One Doctor

S07E06 Episode aired 6 December 2007

My Bad Too

  1. The janitor was holding the knife-wrench that he invented earlier in the series.
  2. Towards the end of the episode, Turk and Carla talk in Spanish without subtitles. They end up commenting in Spanish that Elliot and J.D. will probably be back together in five weeks, as the pair appear to be getting closer than they have been in years.

My Manhood

  1. "The Janitorial" is a parody of "The New York Times", using the same title fonts, headings and article template.
  2. The slogan for "The Janitorial" is "All the news we see fit to print".

My Dumb Luck

S07E09 Episode aired 24 April 2008
  1. The song JD and Turk are air banding is the show's opening theme "Superman".
  2. When Kelso sits on a bench outside claiming he still sees the faces of all the patients he lost the camera cuts to the reverse angle on the hospital. In the top center window you can see what appears to be the hospital's employees/the rest of the cast in that window.
  3. Two of the names on the wall behind Dr. Kelso while he's talking to Boon are Jojo Wilson and Sparky Redoglia. Jojo and Sparky were the names of the two dogs that Kelso was telling Boon about.
  4. The two dogs Dr. Kelso told the story about were JoJo and Spike, according to the closed captioning.

My Waste of Time

My Princess

S07E11 Episode aired 8 May 2008
  1. This episode was produced before "My Dumb Luck", so Dr. Kelso is still Chief of Medicine.
  2. Due to the 2007-2008 writer's strike creator Bill Lawrence never got to complete the season, so the episodes were rearranged with this episode being the "finale" for NBC.
  3. Bill Lawrence's wife Christa Miller wanted an episode for her kids to be able to watch, so Bill ordered a fairy tale episode to be made.
  4. In a nod to "The Princess Bride", Dr. Cox as the knight introduces himself to the monster by saying, "my name is Percival Cox. You're killing my friend. Prepare to die".
  5. Last episode aired on NBC before moving to ABC.
  6. Oslek is Kelso spelled backwards.
  7. At the very end, when Jordan asked Perry if the girl made it, he said, " Let's just say, that's the way I'm telling it." The music turned into a minor key, usually linked to sadness. It indicates that the girl did not get the liver transplant in time.
